Talent Finders are independent recruiters or recruitment agencies providing recruitment services on Clinsher. We prefer the word Talent Finder as the concept of Clinsher exclusively focus on finding the best Talents for your company in a flexible and dynamic approach while understanding your strategy faster.

Our platform is free for employers to use. No fees are due to Clinsher by you. 

However, you will need to pay a placement fee to the Talent Finders you choose to work with for their services.

It’s up to you! You can engage with a maximum of 5 recruiters per vacancy. We’ve made it easy for you to select the best expert in your industry. Before approving Talent Finders you can access their profile, including their performance metrics (number of placements, active missions, jobs for which they have found a candidate) and their answers to your predefined questions. 

If you are covered under the Optional Service Agreement a Guarantee of Satisfaction Period will apply. It will bring more protection as you do not need to ask for a refund to the Talent Finder.

With the Guarantee of Satisfaction Period you are entitled to a partial payment if the candidate leaves before the end of the period.

In a nutshell, the Guarantee of Satisfaction period shall run from the candidate’s first day of employment. The length of the Guarantee of Satisfaction Period shall be 60 days.   

If the employment terminates between 0 to 30 days – no placement fee is due by the employer.  

If the employment terminates between 31 to 60 days – 50% of the placement fee is due.

The Optional Service Agreement is an agreement recommended by Clinsher to protect your rights and govern your business relationship with all the Talent Finders you engage with on the platform. 

You are also free to agree to the different terms of business provided by each Talent Finders on the Platform. However, kindly note that in case of a dispute between you and a Talent Finder, Clinsher won’t act properly as a neutral party if the Standard Service Agreement is not applicable.

You decide. Each recruiters will before your acceptation propose a fixed fee for their recruitment services in case they make a placement with you. You can choose to work only with recruiters that are matching your recruitment budget.

Yes. You can post a vacancy in any industry on Clinsher.

The Talent Finder will send you the CV of the shortlisted candidates on the platform directly. You are free to contact them. However, the Talent Finder will usually hide the contact information and arrange the interview for you to avoid any issues.

You can post for permanent and temporary positions. However, only permanent positions can be covered under the Optional Service Agreement.

All you need to do is to engage for the vacancy directly on the Platform. Your profile needs to be fully completed and approved by Clinsher to ultimately appear front of the Employer. Once you are selected for the vacancy you will be able to access useful collaborative tools in your dashboard to get more details about the vacancy and to start introducing your shortlist of candidates. 

Yes. When uploading a Candidate’s CV onto the Platform, you shall anonymize the CV so as not to include any personally identifiable information about the Candidate.

Yes. You need to receive the express written consent from the Candidate to be able to share the data with the Employer. 

We review all the Talent Finders’ profile registering on the platform. Hence, incomplete profiles will not be given priority and might be rejected by the Clinsher Team if it does not meet the standard criteria. 

Yes. However, if the Employer decides to be covered under the Optional Service Agreement you will have to accept if you want to provide your recruitment services or ignore the vacancy.

The Optional Service Agreement does not provide for a Rebate Policy but for a Guarantee of Satisfaction Period. Meaning that the Employer only proceeds with the due payment once the period has passed. We recommend you to check the conditions for the guarantee of satisfaction policy to apply which can be found in provision 6 of the Optional Service Agreement

In a nutshell, the Guarantee of Satisfaction period shall run from the candidate’s first day of employment. The length of the Guarantee of Satisfaction Period shall be 60 days. 

If the employment terminates between 0 to 30 days – no placement fee is due by the employer. 

If the employment terminates between 31 to 60 days – 50% of the placement fee is due. 

If you are covered under the Optional Service Agreement, the payment of the Placement Fee is to be paid by the Employer in two periods if the Guarantee of Satisfaction Period applies. 

50% of the Placement Fee will be payable on or around the 31st day following the Placement Date but no later than 15 days following the 31st day and the remaining 50% of the Placement Fee on or around the 61st day following the Placement Date but no later than 15 days following the 61st day provided that the related invoice has been received by the Employer.

In the absence of an invoice received before or on the 31st day by the Employer, the payment will be due 30 days following the receipt of the invoice by the Employer. 

In the event an Employer doesn’t pay the placement fee in time you have a right of action against the Employer and if you are covered under the Optional Service Agreement are strict and protective in case of a defaulting party. 

 

As provided in our Terms of Use in the event one candidate is represented by multiple Talent Finders at the same time on the Platform, the eligible representative Talent Finder of the Candidate is the first Talent Finder to submit the Candidate in question to the Employer through the Platform provided that the candidate has given express consent to the Talent Finder to be represented. 

We charge a service fee, based on a percentage of your placement earnings on Clinsher. It is a fixed fee of 10% of your total placement fee received from an Employer on Clinsher or four hundred (400) euros as a minimum monetary commission upon a placement fee being placed in the Clinsher account. For example, if you receive a placement fee of 5000 € you will be billed 10% of the placement fee – i.e. €500. We will  also offer optional premium membership services to increase your chances to be selected by Employers.

We only accept permanent vacancies on the platform to be posted by Employers.

You control the number of CVs you receive per Talent Finders. Hence, If you choose to engage with 3 Talent Finders on the platform and you decide to receive only 2 CVs per Talent Finders, your shortlist of candidates will not exceed 6.

You can freely engage 3 times each week with Employers to work on vacancies.

In case an employer does not pay the fee placement and you can proof to us that your candidate has been hired by the employer. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
If you act under the Optional Service Agreement and in case of a  late payment, the Talent Finder may apply an interest of 0.7% per month, as well as a lump sum penalty equal to 2.5% of the amount due.
By notifying Clinsher of the issue, Clinsher may take coercive measures to suspend or terminate the account of the defaulting Employer.
